All failed phones which is going to return need to be send by EMS.
If you ship by Fedex, TNT, or others, we are not able to receive it correctly due to China custom regulation.
All the shipping cost should be paid by senders because our quotation does not include the shipping cost for after sales. After the phone is repaired or replaced, customer need to place a new order or pay the shipping charge to send back. Meanwhile, customer also need pay the repair cost if the phone is not the quality failure, such as LCD broken, or mainboard was in the water, etc. |
